It's amazing to what lengths dnd players are ready to go to play their favorite theater of the mind pen and paper game without the theater of the mind part or the pen and paper part. Aren't there like a million larp/cosplay/fantasy roleplay events of all shapes and forms?

Instead of animatronics make it a vr or a hologram for a more versatile use of space

Yes it is LARP with extra steps. If you could combine this with animatronics (greetings from FNAF^^) it would be awesome. Fighting against a Beholder or a giant? Awesome. Or instead of animatronics use holographics or VR. So you could use a much wider range for monsters and environment than with animatronics. But it would be extremely expensive and also our technology is not yet good enough for this. (VR without cable for long distances or big places and well yeah holographics at this scale) But you can dream and i like it. I would love to visit this park :)
